How deep does the Recovera roller actually penetrate?
The high-torque rotating head reaches approximately 15mm below the skin surface — deep enough to target the sub-dermal fascia layer where most tension and soreness accumulates. Manual rollers typically only affect the top 3–5mm.
What's the RPM range and when should I use each speed?
The motor runs from 1,200 to 3,200 RPM. Use lower speeds (1,200–1,800 RPM) for sensitive areas like the IT band or shins, and higher speeds (2,400–3,200 RPM) for large muscle groups like quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
Is the Recovera FDA-Cleared?
Yes. The Recovera is FDA-Cleared as a personal massager device. This is a regulatory clearance, not just a marketing claim.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge provides approximately 3–4 hours of continuous use. It charges via USB-C and reaches a full charge in about 90 minutes.
Is it waterproof?
The roller is sweat-resistant and can be wiped down after use, but is not designed to be submerged in water.
